P1523 · A good word. At the right time.

Privacy

Effective November 1, 2026. This notice describes the current P1523 development version and this website. Public App Store availability has not started.

Your conversations stay on your devices

P1523 Mac reads your Apple Messages database with your permission. It processes messages locally to identify replies, plans, and waiting conversations. Encrypted inbox snapshots and drafts may be cached locally and sent to your paired nearby iPhone. We do not upload message content to Supabase, Resend, or a hosted AI service.

Contacts, calendars, and writing

With permission, P1523 reads contact names and photos on each device to display conversations. Calendar access helps suggest free times and create events you approve. Photos remain on the device. Apple Intelligence may generate drafts on supported devices; editable starter drafts are available otherwise. You choose what to send through Apple’s message composer.

Account and profile information

When cloud accounts are enabled and you verify your email, Supabase processes your account ID, email, first and last name, city/region/country or selected place ID, time zone, onboarding choices, reminder preferences, and setup status. Your email is used for authentication and account support. Marketing consent is separate and defaults to off. The app also keeps an encrypted local profile.

Email and service providers

Supabase provides account authentication and database storage. Resend delivers verification emails and processes the destination email address and delivery metadata. Cloudflare hosts or routes website traffic and processes ordinary connection information such as IP addresses and security logs. These providers operate under their own privacy policies.

Google Places autocomplete is not currently enabled. If introduced, location search text will be sent to Google through our authenticated service, and the selected place ID will be retained. The app does not request GPS location. This notice will be updated before that feature is released.

Website privacy

This website has no advertising pixels, third-party analytics, account form, or marketing cookies. Fonts and graphics are served with the site. The interactive preview uses fictional messages and runs in your browser without submitting them. Hosting providers may retain security and access logs.

Retention and your choices

Local caches remain until cleared in Settings or removed with app data. Deleting a cloud account removes its authentication record and associated profile and communication preferences from the active database. Service backups and security logs may remain under the providers’ retention schedules. Clearing P1523 does not delete original Apple Messages conversations or calendar events. Clear each paired device separately.

You may revoke Contacts, Calendar, notification, and Local Network permissions in system settings. On your Mac, you may revoke Full Disk Access. Use the account deletion instructions for deletion requests. Access, correction, export, and privacy requests can be sent to the support address below.

Security and limits

Local stored content is encrypted using device-held keys; paired snapshots are encrypted. Account access uses Supabase authentication and database row-level policies. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your pairing key private and rotate it to revoke paired access.

Children and changes

P1523 is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. This policy may change as the product develops; the effective date will identify revisions.

Contact
